During the Spring courses are offered and staff are allocated based on course requests (including alternates) during course selection . A timetable is then created based on these requests, and therefore changes to timetables are extremely difficult. Please be aware that changes happen to timetables without a student request due to the need of balancing courses.

Changes to student timetables WILL NOT BE MADE for the following reasons:
*Change of an elective unless it meets one of the priority requirement below.
*Retaking a course to attempt to achieve a higher mark.

The following circumstances will be given priority for changes:
*Graduation requirements
*Incomplete Timetables
*Courses required for post-secondary applications

Please do NOT drop in to see your counsellors as there is a course change process in place where interruptions are disruptive to address student concern.
