Grad Presentation Info Session-April 26th
COMMENCEMENT – JUNE 23, 2025
On Monday, June 23rd Delview will be holding our 2025 Valedictory Ceremony at North Delta Secondary at 7:00pm. This event honours our graduating students as they cross the stage in their cap and gown and receive their Graduation certificate. Seating will be limited. Each grad will receive 4 tickets the day of cap and gown pick up day (June 16 at 3:00). Any extra tickets, students may go onto the waitlist on Tuesday, June 17 at the office. Any extra tickets will be distributed on June 20.
Doors open at 6:30pm.
Students are to arrive at 6:00pm.
GRAD BANQUET – MAY 23, 2025

Time: 5:30-10:30
Location: Tsawwassen Springs Golf Course
Ticket Sales: April 29th-May 3rd
Cost: $150 (Reminder that all school fees must be paid, and CLC/Capstone Requirements must be completed prior to purchasing a banquet ticket. Please contact Ms. Goltz in the Delview office for any questions regarding student fees and Mr. Birt for questions related to CLC/Capstone 12).
Information: Students will leave Delview and make their way to Tsawwassen Springs for their 2025 Dinner Dance Banquet. Doors open at 5:30pm.
Transportation: Students are permitted to use their own means of transportation to get to the banquet. For any students interested that have not secured a ride can purchase a spot on a charter bus for an additional $20. These spaces will be sold at the time of ticket sales.
2025 Red Carpet
Date: May 23th 2025
Time: 3:30-4:30
Location: Delview Secondary Large Gym
Information: Students arrive at the school and head to the small gym where they will be organized for the red carpet. Students will have their name called and walk down the red carpet in the large gym. Family and friends will be able to watch the red carpet in the gym. A grad group photo will be taken at Delview prior to leaving for the dinner/dance.

The After Party (Dry Grad) happens after the school graduation dinner banquets, which are planned separately.
Grads will enjoy a night of fun, food, prizes, and entertainment in the company of their graduating friends. It allows grads to celebrate in a safe and fun environment, with the activities going until the wee hours of the morning!
TICKETS
Tickets will be sold at lunch on Thursday, May 1.
Tickets are $70
Tickets can be purchased by cash or cheque payable to “Delta North Dry Grad Committee”.

The Prize Committee is asking our school families, their friends/family members, and the community for merchandise, gift certificates, and/or financial contributions to reward our well-deserving graduates with door and raffle prizes. VOLUNTEERS
The Delta North Dry Grad is planned and run by volunteers. Without them, there would be no event. We welcome parents/caregivers from all four schools to volunteer and especially encourage those with students in grades 8–11 to participate. This allows parents/caregivers of graduates to focus on enjoying the graduation activities. Sign-up for volunteer shifts at the event will open after Spring Break – more information to come!
We also welcome volunteers to join the Dry Grad committee – we meet once a month at 7pm in the Delview school library to discuss planning and preparation.
